Absolutely terrible customer service. Wouldn’t have given 1 star. Ordered food through menu log. Shortly after received a phone call saying one of the main meals was not available. We requested that the entire meal be refunded and we would get the order from another place. They went on to say they could only refund that main meal but not the entire order.
