I absolutely love this place! The owners & staff were so accommodating, making me a vegan platter for one - which tasted AMAZING! My family all really enjoyed their food, and at an average cost of $25pp (main meal and a drink each) I think it was amazing value. We had a nice stroll around the gardens after our meal as well. Thank you Packing Shed, we will definitely be back! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Packing Shed:
the food was delivered well and quickly, but the behavior of some employees was not very professional or hospitable, which unfortunately gave up the experience for us as a whole. View all feedback.

We have been here on a number of occasions, lunch and breakfast and the service has been great. It's a lovely setting in the Bickley Valley and the pancakes for breakfast are delicious. Highly recommended.
Setting was beautiful even with the heavy rain. Seating area was cold even with the fire being lit...was positioned in the wrong place to heat evenly. There were 3 other people seated when we arrived at 12.20pm...it took 15 minutes to get the soup and then 40 minutes to get our main food (which was only a platter) and only then after I went up the counter to actually cancel the main meal...the waitress said 'it's coming out now'.Pumpkin Soup was far too thick for me and overly 'peppered', the bread roll with it was extremely 'gluey' and dense..I did express my concern saying I felt it wasn't cooked through...after nearly 40 minutes waiting for our main meal it was brought out and 'plonked' on the table with a very Kurt comment from the waitress I was told that 'the bread roll with the soup had oil in it and was fully cooked through'...no chance to reply because she walked off !!. Very overpriced platter for two @ $45.It was not a pleasant experience at all and I would not recommend to family or friends.
Visited for the first time today. Lovely peaceful spot and simple, tasty food (we had the country pie and chips). Very friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back !
Once again had a wonderful time. Was the first time for some family members and was as usual very enjoyable. The Brisket Burger was wonderful, had to forgo my usual sausage roll but I was not disappointed. Even though things were flat out we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Service as usual was fabulous, very friendly, the grounds are fantastic, so much space for the kids to run around. The Chef is producing such fab flavours with the menu, my only complaint now is that I'm spoilt for choice.
