Recently visited the tipsy tapas sunset with chef christian herrgesell at 360 ̊ bar in the pavilions phuket. chef christian is the former culinary director of the celebrated 2 michelin star and
Stunning location and visibility, unpretentious, impeccable service, and the best we had in phuket. the hot salami croquettes were the best we ever had, the pork-glocken bao were divine, and the tacos were so delicious and full of taste (but ask for no chili if they did not do what they were. so a magical way to spend our last night on the island. we would like to come back and stay in the resort and recommend making a booking at 360!
The place was great and quiet, the view is amazing. Hard to get to the bar, as it is inside a compound or something, so you will need to get to it using a golf car that’s provided by the reception. I didn’t like the food that much, very small portions, and it didn’t taste that good, and there was not that much of variety.
A lovely place to enjoy a drink and take in the view but the food is terrible. The venue has a ‘tapas’ menu so we purchased several dishes to share among 5 people. All the dishes were deep fried, very oily and almost tasteless. The food is also very expensive for such small portions. The calamari was like rubber and when we told the wait staff they did nothing. Don’t bother eating here as there is infinitely better food at other restaurants nearby.
The place was great and quiet, the intention is amazing. it is difficult to get to the bar because it is in a connection or something so that it gets to it with a golf cart provided by the recipe. I didn't eat so much, very small portions, and it didn't taste so good, and there wasn't so much change.
