Asked for Cajun on the side, with an extra side of Cajun. Was given 1 side, split between 2 portion cups. When I drove back to have them simply fill them up give me what I paid for... no apology, acted annoyed, and talking crap amongst each other under their breath. Lissa and Dylan were on fire. Some of the best service at a Wingstop ever, the wings practically came out before we even finished ordering (it’s common for other locations to take over 15 mins on an order). Truly an impressive dining experience, thank you Lissa and Dylan!! They could not get enough props and I hope they get the proper acknowledgment they deserve! Placed an order online on a Saturday around 5:30 and when I came to pick up they were closed. No explanation and no coupons/discounts, just some hand written sign on the door starting that they are closed. This is not the first time I've hadissues like this at Wingstop, but the first with this issue at this location.
From a customer view, i witnessed the managers treating the employees purely. He told one mail employee that he could not take a brake then said he could take a break but could not clock out and he must help customers if they come in store. On anothervisit. Late in the day may friend and i over heard the manager deny a worker that he could not go home unless he prepedsomething before he left, while the manager sat on but eating and taking a break. How is it ok the manager to treat his stuffthis way. I hope that that young man should report this to The BBB and or the ACC. But I will not be putting my money at. Notjust this location but to another wings stop if call the loacation are tied together. I can get wings from other places. I willreport this to The BBB myself and hope it starts a domino effect. And my food took forever to get ready. 20mins this store suckand so does the manager.
Phones never get answered. Guy r we en admitted when we got there that the ringer was off and he looked like he turned them up, but he must have shut them again because no one would answer when I called about my wrong order and I had to drive thereagain!!!! The place is short staffed and I felt ignored and talked to rudely.
Guy at the counter sold me a beer. I took a sip and it was warm. I asked if there was a colder one and he said ?no, the fridge is broken.? I looked at him for a minute and realized that he didn?t understand why that was a problem. So? I?m drinking a warmbeer now and my online order is late.

Placed a pick up order everything was fine until I picked up my order and noticed I didn't get my full order there was pieces missing from my 6 piece it was horrible presentation : the 2 pieces of original hot were super dry
DONT COMW HERE!!!I’ve given this place like 3 different chances because I’ve worked in fast food industry and it’s been horrible all 3 times. The sup/manager is horrible here. The service is horrible. I pulled up to the restaurant once on a Saturday cause no one answered the phone and the 3 employees on duty were all sitting down eating. Never knew the whole restaurant closes for lunch time ?Do yourself a favor don’t come here
Lawrence and Ethan were awesome. Great customer service. Food was was fresh. Will recommend again.
