He noticed one of his employees was having a hard time getting to and from work, so he out of his own pocket bought the employee a monthly bus pass.

Whoever manages this place doesn't give a **** about our reviews neither do the employees .. you order food for pickup it's not ever ready when it says it will... read more Whoever manages this place doesn't give a **** about our reviews neither do the employees .. you order food for pickup it's not ever ready when it says it will be !!! it's ready 20-30 minutes after the time frame given , make sure to plan ahead if you need your food at 2 pm order since 1 because they just suck !! Horrible customer service if you ask me . I have given them about 6 chances and always the same thing !!! Come on it's not that fucken hard !

I went there for dinner last night ordered food to go, the staff were goofing around talking no cooking was being done phone was constantly ringing and it was dead no line 2 other couples were waiting around as well. I asked the employee the phone rang about 5 times, is no one talking those orders her response was UM IDK then I asked the couples how long they were waiting for their food and it had been over 40 min ! My ice tea tasted OLD and I just about had it stood up got a refund and everyone else followed behind and got their refund as well. Employees started to mock and started trash talking in the back. Will not be coming back again and you should do the same.

The staff is rude, slow, and unapologetic. If there were a way for businesses to receive negative ratings, Wingstop would certainly qualify. The only redeeming quality is that their menu is slightly better than a fast-food joint, but even that doesn’t say much. I witnessed a woman waiting for 1 hour and 25 minutes for two 10-piece orders, while we waited over 1 hour and 45 minutes for our own order, which was both incorrect and incomplete.

I orde... read more When I arrived, it was chaotic. The cashier was telling someone their printer wasn't sending online orders, so they hadn't filled any orders done online. I ordered my food, which consisted of 16 boneless wings, 6 strips, and a large order of fries.There were 3 other people waiting for orders. They never called any orders out. 20 minutes later, I asked the status of myorder. It had been sitting on a counter in the back for idk how long. I didn't want to wait anymore so I accepted the warm food.The GM was on site and seemed to drop the ball. He offered a couple of people free drinks for waiting. I heard him tell the cookto add a few extra strips to my order, but they didn't. I will revisit and hopefully the staff is better trained to handleissues.
