The waitress was fantastic. The restaurant is small, but we were immediately seated without any wait. It’s not too loud, yet has a trendy vibe and a wonderful atmosphere. The fries were a bit salty, but both the burgers and the chilled pad Thai salad were excellent, each with a delightful kick of flavor.
We just arrived in Phoenix and were on the lookout for a lunch spot. What a fantastic find! The service was not only friendly but also top-notch. The location is charming and picturesque. I ordered the RoRo Burger while my wife went for the TJ Tacos. The burger was hearty and satisfying, and the addition of the English Muffin Bungalow was a delightful touch! The fish tacos were also delicious. The fries that accompanied the burger were seasoned perfectly. We had a couple of drinks, and our total came to $40, including tip. This is a great value considering the service, portion sizes, and drinks. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return when we’re back in Phoenix!
We placed our order and enjoyed the open kitchen design as we sat at the bar upstairs, right in front of the chefs' workspace. It was fascinating to watch every step of our food being prepared. We observed the egg being cooked to perfection and some mysterious, crunchy objects being added to our dish. Before long, our food arrived, and it was like two artistic masterpieces. The Pad Thai salad featured the most delicious fried shiitake mushrooms I’ve ever tasted; they had an almost nutty yet clean flavor. The crispy texture of the fried mushrooms contrasted beautifully with the soft, cool noodles on the plate. As for the Pork Fried Rice, if you appreciate different textures, this dish is a winner. The boiled egg, which we left atop the rice, melted into a blend of flavors. A few dabs of sriracha added just the right amount of spice, and I can promise we finished every last bite. A final thought about this restaurant: the soundtrack was perfect for the ambiance, and the staff had just the right level of engagement—available when needed, friendly but not intrusive. The overall atmosphere and decor fit beautifully with the vibe this restaurant aims to convey. I can’t wait to return and try more items from the menu. Well done!
A little stubborn on the outside with a big blow when you enter....I love it here! The open river between art galleries, offices, a café and this restaurant strengthens the location as a whole. The atmosphere is everything you want in an art district without the potential persistence. Roosevelt Row has found a perfect addition in this facility. My advice? Get one of their handcrafted cocktails during their happy hour and take the art in neighbouring galleries. Oh, and bonus! Need a little work remote? Me too. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for me to take a small table with my laptop on me. Look at this.
They have the best burger. Seriously yummy. Fries have a spicy lime salt Staff was excellent We arrived about 30 mins to close. They were welcoming and got our food out quick. Made sure our drinks were replenished. They were cleaning but never left us two hanging. I appreciate that. We get off work at an odd hour. It's nice to have a place to eat who genuinely welcomes guests to join. The experience was great. The burger. I highly recommend it.
