What a great surprise! We were absolutely thrilled with our lunch here. The service was excellent as the food, and the prices were unexpectedly reasonable. Indoor and outdoor dining options are beautiful. Our experience would not have been better. View all feedback.
What Chantyphx doesn't like about The Courtyard Cafe At The Heard Museum:
Quaint restaurant in gorgeous location. The ambiance is very calm and relaxing. Their Prickly pear drink hits all the spots. I love the themed cups. The posole was very delicious. As well as the service. We were treated very well and were timely. I would absolutely visit this cafe again. View all feedback.
The portions at this restaurant are absolutely gigantic, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I had their fantastic shrimp ceviche, which was outstanding, and I also tried their three-pot soup, which was delicious as well. I saw others ordering the chicken salad sandwich, and it was enormous—seriously, the size of Manhattan! So, don't just walk there, run! Make sure to reserve your lunch ahead of time!
The service was decent; the two young staff members performed better than the average waitress. The courtyard provided a calm and serene atmosphere for dining. I really enjoyed the fry bread and the tepary bean hummus. However, the prickly pear lemonade was mixed and had an unrealistic color, so I probably wouldn’t order it again.
My husband and I ordered the Best street tacos. The taco shells were the most flavorful I have ever experienced. The shrimp was fantastic and the veggies were perfect. We were given two tacos. The fresh greens with tomato and roasted pepitas were perfect. The salsa and the dressing for the salad made my taste buds sing. We ended with a brownie with vanilla ice cream. My husband had a beer and I had pink lemonade. We were so happy.

Must see for art and the history of Indian Schools. What they were then to what they are today.
