Was Anonym at Thai Basil a mag?
I ordered takeout from this restaurant, and it was fantastic! Having spent a month in Thailand recently, I can say that the food I got here tasted just like the authentic dishes I enjoyed there. I definitely plan to order again! View all feedback.
What Ethan R dislikes about Thai Basil:
The food was definitely above average. We ordered the crab puffs, which to me, were the best part if the meal (I definitely recommend those). I ordered the Peanut Curry as an entree. Now let me preface, I am no stranger to the peanut curry. I frequent a Thai restaurant back in Michigan that makes a FANTASTIC PC. I was a little let down. I didn't get as much flavor as I thought I might get. Regardless, it was a decent... View all feedback.
Terrible food for the price. The crispy calamari seemed to have been deep-fried twice and was covered in too much batter. Both the calamari and the potstickers came with the same dipping sauce. The salad dressing on the side tasted overly sweet, like simple syrup. The only thing that was decent was the Thai iced tea. The fried rice appeared to be made from kitchen scraps; I've never seen two different cuts of carrot and huge chunks of broccoli mixed into fried rice before! There were also large, black pieces of sweet corn. To top it off, the cucumber in the Thai basil chicken was rotten—literally falling apart! I was really not impressed. I spent $50 on that awful meal and will never return. I’d have been better off eating at Panda Express and saving money!
I just relocated to Phoenix and have been on the hunt for delicious Thai food, and I finally found it! I tried the amazing lunch special, which included crab fried rice, a salad, and a spring roll. I can definitely see myself coming back often. Food: 5/5
The atmosphere at this restaurant is delightful. The staff is both efficient and friendly. The food is exceptional. We have recommended it to others and have returned for more delicious meals. Thank you, and enjoy your visit!

Absolute nicest. I accidentally placed an order here thinking it was a different Thai Basil (downtown), and they kindly offered a refund. I will certainly be there to eat soon, and I very much look forward to it!! Service: 5
