The r... read more I read some of the reviews and almost decided not to go, but I'm so glad I did! The service was excellent, and the food was even better—worth every penny. The restaurant has a fantastic Western theme, complete with live music, great drinks, and incredible dishes. The beans and bread were unlimited, so don’t pay attention to what others might say about them. The salad was fresh and crunchy, and the beans were really flavorful. My husband and I both ordered the steak, which was cooked to perfection and had a wonderful smoky flavor. We will definitely be returning!

Additionally, the fro... read more My husband ordered the T-bone steak, which was cooked perfectly, but it was overly salty. I had the salmon, which had no seasoning at all! Additionally, the front of the salmon was nearly overcooked while the middle was slightly undercooked. On a positive note, the salad was delicious and a perfect portion. Dinner should ideally include salad, cowboy beans, and bread. Again, while the salad was excellent, we were disappointed with the side of beans and the butter that accompanied the bread. My husband ordered a Jack on the rocks, but the glass it came in was barely larger than a shot glass. I opted for a margarita, which was just okay; I’ve definitely had better. Overall, it was a pleasant evening out, but we likely wouldn’t return since it’s not close to where we live. However, it was a nice addition to our trail bike experience. I commend the staff for their efforts to take care of everyone despite the hustle and bustle!

It has a great western theme with live music, great drinks and amazing food. The beans and bread were unlimited sothe ppl complaining about sharing beans didn?t pay attention. The salad was fresh and crisp and the beans were very flavorful.My husband and I both got the steak which was cooked perfectly and had an amazing smoky flavor. We will definitely go back.
