Super popular taco joint in downtown Phoenix. If visiting I highly suggest! Food is great ... Atmosphere is trendy! FYI.... It does get busy.... Wether dine in or to go..... It's definitely worth it!

Absolutely delicious! Fresh limes and a whole topping bar available and prices are very reasonable! Stopped here right after the airport and there was a line out the door at opening but totally worth it!

I was in town for my father-in-law’s graduation. While exploring the area before graduation day, my husband and I found this place to eat. We got there just before it really got packed. It was a vibe, the lunch mood was light, people were joyful, and the food was coming out swiftly. It was a lunch rush indeed (packed by locals, construction workers, etc. but it was still great. It reminded me of home with great music, fridges full of beer ?, and the food was excellent. I didn’t mind the busy time cause the food was coming out pretty quickly. The people here really did a great job and if I were a local, I would definitely come here a lot. Highly recommended.

So after a ton of hype on my Instagram feed and a friend that kept telling me it was the best tacos he 's ever had in AZ....I finally made it into Taco Boys. Overall some decent tacos at an okay price. The shocker was the barbacoa, that meat was the mostdelicious of all. Now I 'm all about carne asada and my wife prefers carnitas. We actually left the barbacoa for last sinceneither of us really like it but decided to try it because we wanted to try an assortment of their food. The carne asada andcarnitas (same with the chicken) were just okay so that kind of put a damper on the excitement. Beans were good and the salsabar was fully stocked and had a great assortment. Now the only issue I had was parking. This building is on a corner and shareshalf of that building with Jimmy John 's. In this parking lot theres probably only 12 spots, and additional 2 for handicap and 3for Jimmy John 's. I had to circle the lot 3 times hoping someone would leave...no one did. Ended up about a 1/4 mile down thestreet with a parking meter spot. Meanwhile there are people illegally parking in that lot and temporarily parking in thehandicap parking spots ????. Overall PARKING SUCKS! First impressions walking into the taco boys restaurant feels like Ta Carbonrestaurant. Like a carbon copy,I don 't know there history but kinda feels like they ripped off their style. Only big differenceis stickers plastered on the wall and super loud music at the counter. Like yelling the order because the music is blastingright next to where you order. Overall score would be a 3.5.
