What Anonym dislikes about Starbucks:
I ordered 2 Trenta Black Ice Tea through GrubHub. I put specific instructions that I wanted NO Ice, NO Water, No Sweetener. I received my tea’s with ice. I called your Starbucks and complained and the girl on the phone said she took the order but when I put the order thru she can’t see that it said NO ICE! Then she blamed the driver for NOT telling her. But the order is done online and it’s sealed when the driver pic... View all feedback.
No whipped cream. Is it really that difficult to add? Every time, they forget it.
I have been coming to this location for years through the drive-through. I recently just started going inside to the cashier and I don’t like the vibe.
I really enjoyed the layout of this Starbucks, with its ample seating and cleanliness. The staff were friendly, and everything I tried tasted fantastic.
Typical Starbucks, location is bad for traffic. Good service but SMALL parking lot and drive thru. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
