I had a great experience at the restaurant in January 2022 with excellent food and service. The cheeseburger and fries I ordered were delicious. Aaron was an attentive server. However, I would recommend that management inform their employees of out-of-stock items. I was disappointed when I tried to order Mud Pie for dessert, only to find out they were out. It was frustrating that even my server, Aaron, was unaware until he went to check with the kitchen. Red Robin, please improve communication with your employees about available items to prevent similar incidents. I will continue to visit, but the management should be more aware of their inventory.

I originally rated 5* (big food, good prices, friendly staff, very fast to sit), but then I remembered the real frustration. Hopefully this is just a one-off from a new employee. I got the wrong beer (blue moon vs hazy ipa). When I smelled the glass handled and recognized this, the same employee who broke it took it back and took it to the bar to confirm that it was wrong. Then they took the beer to serve the right table. No contemplation from the server, bartender or other servers waiting for the beverage orders of their tables. I can't just ignore this, and their management needs tighter guidelines to what is acceptable with served food and drinks.

Great service for a busy Friday night! Today is my daughter's 2nd birthday and let me tell you Renae (so I'm sorry if I have blown your name wrong) a girl with semi-blue and semi-violet hair and the rest of the girls who worked today shift/help my family are really amazing and oh so sweet! It was pretty busy not lying, but they all stopped what they did to sing happy birthday to my little girl and can't thank them enough! My mother works in the food industry I always had crazy respect for people who serve, washbasins in the back, cook, etc. Thank you for my little girl's birthday especially! Excellent customer support and I think all ladies there deserve an increase! And also thanks to the gentlemen who served us drinks and were very patient with us! All and all were very thank you!

I recently took my son out for dinner at this restaurant. The service was excellent, but the only issue we had was with the fries. They seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long, as they were dry and not hot. However, we decided not to complain as this was the first time we experienced this. Other than that, our experience was okay and we plan to visit again in the future.
