Kids have taste buds too, and how will they ever know what something tastes like if they're not allowed to try it? Introducing children to new foods should be a priority, not a negative experience.

I attempte... read more The staff at this restaurant were rude and unhelpful, and the manager, Cristal, was particularly disappointing. They refused to assist me in any way. I attempted to use a survey coupon for a free entree that I had received in exchange for feedback, but they would not accept it, nor would they sell me food. I had forgotten to mention the coupon when I placed my order and asked what my options were to redeem it. Instead of helping, I was told I would have to make another purchase, which didn’t make any sense. I proposed two solutions: first, to void my current order and process it again with the free entree included, which seemed reasonable to me; second, to allow me to return my food while selling it back to me without having to prepare a new order, since I was satisfied with what I had. Unfortunately, Cristal did not comprehend this and was not just rude but also unyielding. Eventually, after persisting, she agreed to give me a small entree. However, I noticed she was counting the pieces she would give me for free, only adding a few (around four or five) instead of a full portion. When she attempted to ring it up separately using the coupon, it didn’t work as she needed to include my two entree order. This seemed to frustrate her, and she eventually became agitated, placing the free item back into the tray, which is against their policy of not re-serving food once it's been out. When I asked to return my order, she initially insisted that she couldn’t process a return since I didn’t have the food with me. I explained that I had just purchased it and it was sitting on the table. I brought the food back to her, and although she reluctantly agreed to initiate the return, she then claimed she could process it but wouldn’t sell me the food again. I honestly wondered how she got into a managerial position. I had received survey coupons from previous visits and simply forgot to use this one, which can happen. I provided her with options, but she steadfastly refused to cooperate. It seemed she would prefer to lose a customer than to offer a free entree as Panda Express encourages through customer feedback. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I have ever had.
