**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** This restaurant evokes a blend of cravings and disappointments. While popular dishes like orange chicken occasionally hit the mark, consistent issues with food quality and service thwart many visits. Underwhelming takeout experiences, including missing ingredients and poorly cooked items, leave patrons yearning for fresher alternatives. Long waits, limited seating, and a lack of staff exacerbate frustrations, particularly during busy hours. Notably, some items, such as shrimp, have been described as inedible, tarnishing what could be a favorable dining experience. Despite these challenges, the restaurant maintains commendable value compared to other fast-food options, attracting repeat visitors hopeful for improvement.

Deny my stomach, taste old or chewing, missing ingredients. (Do not order pineapple on sweet fire chicken breast) I'll try another order soon, but now I'm somehow robbed by the thoughts of this restaurant. I think it could be better to go into person than order online and see what looks fresh or is made fresh as some entrees are more popular. Second time I have eaten from here in the last two weeks, but last order did not taste so bad, orange chicken with white rice. This time Chow got my w/ sweet fire chicken mobile but came w/ missing pineapple, chewing food, and I got a stomach pain within 30 minutes after eating some.

I ordered the plate...it was a rip off because they only gave me one serving of the grilled chicken when I picked 2 grilled chicken for 2 entrées...thanks for the rip off guys

Too scared to open their doors? you have to be served outside with your online order. Just an easy way to be cheap AF and not have more then 1 person working.

Very friendly staff, good food, and not usually extremely busy over lunch time on weekdays.

When will this ridiculous "temporary" dining room closure end? It’s been about a month now. Some of us prefer to sit down and enjoy our meals. It’s not 2021 anymore, people. If I’m not welcome there, I won’t be spending my money there. Simple as that.
