Panda Express - Phoenix

Consistently well-stocked, clean, and with friendly staff. We've visited several times and always have a great experience.

The food was enjoyable, but the service was a bit rushed when taking our order. The dining area was somewhat dirty, although they seemed to be quite busy.

I just visited this restaurant, and I was shocked by what I saw. There were two chefs in the kitchen, and one of them wasn't wearing gloves at all. She handled all the vegetables without gloves, which was concerning. Additionally, she took egg rolls or spring rolls from the freezer and put them back in the fryer without any gloves on. Even the manager who served us wasn't wearing gloves. This is a food establishment, and it's unacceptable to handle food without proper hygiene practices. I don't think I'll be returning here.

This place is consistently bad. I live in Hilo, Hawaii and the Panda Express there are my benchmark for large PE dishes. When freshly made their Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef is crispy and perfectly glazed with spicy sauces. Here in Ahwatukee Krüppel and Spot-on-Saucen do not seem important to the administration. I assume the correct training and lack of supervision explain the lameness of their meals. Too bad as they are near where I live part of the year, but today my last visit to this Panda Express is.

Just soooo substandard for Panda Express. Everything floated in fat and very little meat in the chicken flushroom I ordered. Disappointed.
