I just visited this restaurant, and I was shocked by what I saw. There were two chefs in the kitchen, and one of them wasn't wearing gloves at all. She handled... read more I just visited this restaurant, and I was shocked by what I saw. There were two chefs in the kitchen, and one of them wasn't wearing gloves at all. She handled all the vegetables without gloves, which was concerning. Additionally, she took egg rolls or spring rolls from the freezer and put them back in the fryer without any gloves on. Even the manager who served us wasn't wearing gloves. This is a food establishment, and it's unacceptable to handle food without proper hygiene practices. I don't think I'll be returning here.

I dont think it was extra busy, it seemed more that the staff lacked any kind of awareness or reason to try to move faster than sloth pace leading to the long line wait. Whenordering, they were out of most of the entree options. This was disappointing as I have dietary restrictions that limit whichentrees I am able to eat, and had now waited over 20 minutes to walk away with fried rice only. In general, if the employeesjust seemed extra miserable, which I'm sure accounts for the issues I encountered.

I visit this place frequently since it's conveniently close to my workplace. Today, I was inside and received my food without any issues. I ordered a Minute Maid lemonade, but it tasted off—mostly like it was watered down. When I went to swap it out, I noticed black specks at the bottom of the cup, which were probably the reason for the strange taste. After that, I decided to toss the cup, and since the staff was busy, I didn't mention it to anyone.
