Feedback
This place is consistently bad. I live in Hilo, Hawaii and the Panda Express there are my benchmark for large PE dishes. When freshly made their Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef is crispy and perfectly glazed with spicy sauces. Here in Ahwatukee Krüppel and Spot-on-Saucen do not seem important to the administration. I assume the correct training and lack of supervision explain the lameness of their meals. Too bad as they are near where I live part of the year, but today my last visit to this Panda Express is.
Stood there for about 10 minutes while they filled call in orders. Ordered the two entre meal with double beef and brocoli. There were MAYBE 8 tiny pieces of beef in a mass of brocoli. The lady would have left it like that had my wife not said something, so the lady gave me teriaki chicken to make up for it. When I say teriaki chicken what I actually mean is lightly sorta steamed chicken with little-to-no flavor. Ordered two chicken egg rolls, outsides burnt, insides mushy. Nothing like mushy chicken to brighten your day. Fried rice was dry as a bone. When we went to check out, with at least 10 in line behind us, the entire restaurant staff took another 10 minutes to find a bag to put the order in. Made the nasty food nastier by helping it get good, soggy, and cold. Yuck!
