Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Phoenix

If you want hepatitis or worse from the non-customer homeless walking dead they allow in restaurant to panhandle and harass you at your table, touching all the condiments and drinking straight from the drink fountain, eat here. Disgusting and sad this restaurant allows this.?

I'm not sure what's going on with this Hawaiian BBQ place, but the food does not taste the same. I mean, it's good, but it's not like it used to be. I don't know if it's just this location because the other ones don't have the same taste as here. Was a little disappointed that a few things are not on the menu anymore, but overall, it's okay it's a bit pricey for a small restaurant. I usually just go for the macaroni salad, but not from here it doesn't taste good here at this location.

Thank you for making good food and keeping your clients’ safety a top priority. I loved when I saw some water on the floor and you had put the safety cone and a rug to ensure customers wouldn’t fall.

Messed up on my order read it to me wit the item I had added and was not on the receipt and try to charge for it after she read back to us still didn’t acknowledge the fact it was missing item her name was frida I didn’t like on how her service was when we walked from the beginning!!!
