A little tip: always make reservations, and try to go on a night when Jason is performing. His tenor voice is phenomenal and gives avid opera lovers goosebumps! We’ve been to several high-end r... read more My girlfriend and I dined here for the first time last night, and it was hands down the worst dining experience we've ever had. We’ve been to several high-end restaurants in the area, but none have come close to this level of poor service. During our meal, our server checked on us maybe three or four times and was neither helpful nor professional. The food quality was disappointing; my dish was mediocre and my girlfriend’s was frankly unacceptable. After just one bite, she requested it be sent back, and we decided it was best to leave as soon as possible. I quickly finished my meal, only to discover that we were still charged for her dish. When we brought this up with the staff, they made no efforts to rectify the situation and insisted that her meal was delicious, which was simply outrageous. Given the prices they charge, we expected a much higher standard of service, which can be found at almost any other upscale restaurant in the area. What was intended to be a nice, relaxing evening turned into a distressing experience, leaving my girlfriend in tears. We will definitely be sharing our negative experience, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dining here. Proceed at your own risk!

The food is superbly prepared by Marcellino and his staff, the service is top notch, and Sima (Marcellino's wife) knows how to recommend the perfect bottle of wine. This is the restaurant I choose when I want to celebrate any special occasion.
