Was Nellie McCarty at Lin's Grand Buffet a mag?
It was Father’s Day- so very crowded and the prices were higher for that reason. We Almost didn’t eat there cause it was too expensive for my taste- but after a long day traveling and at that time of the evening I didn’t feel like searching for another restaurant. Server was attentive refilling drinks and removing plates. Wheelchair accessibility: They are ADA compliant- ramp to upper level seating- tables and chairs... View all feedback.
What Pisces J dislikes about Lin's Grand Buffet:
This attitude having waitress with a bad BBL is racist. We needed refills and she ignored us the whole time we were there but served all other mexican customers. The whole staff is Mexicans. The food was ok but we will never go back. View all feedback.
OH snap! Reminds me of chinese restaurants back in my home in New YorkThere is no sterile smell that most buffets have.
The food is good, but hate coming here to stand in line at the register cause the ppl they have are so slow.
Pretty cheap option to eat endless food that's of both good selection and quality from appetizers, through entree, and even onto dessert.
We were seated at a two-person table near the sushi hibachi area and had been there for about 25 minutes, barely finished with our first plates of food, when I witnessed a young man, around 25 to 30 years old, walking through the buffet area. To my shock, he suddenly got sick and vomited right near the buffets. Even more alarming, he didn’t stop; he walked between two buffet stations and heaved again, trying to cover it with his hand. Unfortunately, the vomit spread everywhere, hitting the floor and the top of two dishes. Given our extensive food industry backgrounds, I immediately alerted the lead busser and showed him the situation. However, it took them several minutes to respond and attempt to clean it up instead of promptly closing the area and sanitizing. Their approach to cleaning was questionable at best: they poured coffee over the vomit on the floor and buffet top and only used one wet floor sign. At one point, I saw a younger guy nearly slip on the coffee and vomit mixture. The most concerning aspect of this experience was the untrained staff's inability to properly handle such situations. They seemed more focused on the mess on the floor and who would clean it up rather than ensuring the safety of the diners still eating from the contaminated buffet. I watched as several patrons continued to grab food from that area.
Usually I like this place but today was nasty bathrooms had political stuff written on the walls and the women's bathroom had hand written signs in each stall saying please don't flush toilet paper in toilet so.... There were garbage cans in each stall and some where so close you would sit on the edge of them when you went to the bathroom full of poopy toilet paper. ????
