The service from the woman at the window was terrible... read more If I could give this place negative five stars, I absolutely would. I will NEVER return to this KFC again. The service from the woman at the window was terrible. It took 10 minutes for someone to even take my order, and then another 20 minutes to receive my food. Most of the biscuits were raw in the middle. If it weren't for my daughter's "craving," I would have left. To top it all off, after I got home, I realized some of the food I ordered was missing, so I had to go back. When I left the second time, I held the door open for the same woman who took my order earlier because she had her hands full, and she didn't even acknowledge it. She even stepped on the back of my shoe because she was walking that close to me.

The staff assured me it... read more I’ve had bad luck with this location. I ordered an 8-piece meal and specifically requested a mixed selection, not just legs and thighs. The staff assured me it included both white and dark meat. I chose mashed potatoes and corn as my sides, and when asked if I wanted gravy, I confirmed that I did. However, when I got home, I found that I only received corn, mashed potatoes without gravy, legs, thighs, and 4 wings. It’s frustrating! If you’re out of chicken and I’ll need to wait, please let me know so I can decide whether to wait or accept what’s available. Customer service is declining, and it seems like very few people take pride in their work these days.

This place is horrible. i do door dash and everytime i go inside to pick up an order they lock the doors. in a week the door are locked 4 out of 7 days. all dif... read more This place is horrible. i do door dash and everytime i go inside to pick up an order they lock the doors. in a week the door are locked 4 out of 7 days. all different times. and the staff is rude when i tell them at the speaker im doing a door dash. i can see them inside just all sitting down in lobby. and one person in kitchen. they need better staff and managers. today im sitting in parking lot cause man told me to wait outside for my order. a 3 piece chicken shouldnt take 36 minutes to make

THE CHILD AT THE WINDOW YE... read more I WENT BROUGHT THE SIX PIECE SPECIAL LEGS THIGHS. I RECIEVED WING AND EXTRA SMALL ONES AT THAT WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE THIGHS. THE CHILD AT THE WINDOW YELLED AT THE COOK STATING THAT I SAID THESE WERE WING. He yelled back that it was THIGHS. I wastold that they would not refund my money due to the fact I touched the chicken to show her it was a wing. I am so disappointedwith the service and food there. The chicken legs was overcooked and dry. So so disappointed.
