This place is horrible. i do door dash and everytime i go inside to pick up an order they lock the doors. in a week the door are locked 4 out of 7 days. all dif... read more This place is horrible. i do door dash and everytime i go inside to pick up an order they lock the doors. in a week the door are locked 4 out of 7 days. all different times. and the staff is rude when i tell them at the speaker im doing a door dash. i can see them inside just all sitting down in lobby. and one person in kitchen. they need better staff and managers. today im sitting in parking lot cause man told me to wait outside for my order. a 3 piece chicken shouldnt take 36 minutes to make

However, I was disappointed that the side I wanted, mac and cheese, would take 25 minutes to prepare. Additionally, there was no hot sauce available, and the cookies I received were rock hard. Despite my love for KFC, this experience didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
