I would suggest having at least two waiters at any time, regardless of how busy it is. But the food was great!

When I spoke to the manager about it he downplayed everything. It was as if everything was okay, no one should be served this type of food this should have never left the kitchen but they gave it to us because we were Black. Is there an unwritten rule to give Black people the worst.

It has a warm and cozy atmosphere and is more spacious than some of the newer IHOP locations. The staff can be respectful on some days and rude on others, but the food is consistently well-cooked and delicious. Despite the appearance of the restaurant looking closed from the outside on busy nights, it is usually empty inside. The establishment is very clean with fully stocked bathrooms and well-groomed employees. I have always been a fan of this classic brand since I was a child, especially their famous Funny Face Pancakes, which remain my favorite to this day. However, I was disappointed to find that they no longer have a variety of syrups available at every table. Additionally, I recently had an issue when trying to order the Funny Face Pancakes and was told by the server that I couldn't order from the kids menu. I explained that I wanted a regular order with the Funny Face Pancakes and was willing to pay extra, but she still refused. As a result, I did not leave a tip. On a positive note, the main waitress during my recent visits has been exceptional and even remembered my name, which was impressive.

The smell of the cleaning solution was not very appetizing, but at least they careabout cleanliness. Again, food was on point and server was attentive. Management just might want to reiterate the importance ofthe dining experience to the staff (regardless of the time of day).

Our omelettes for southwestern style with steak and potatoes in them cheese on them and salsa. There was a lot of it and very tasty. I also had a side over order of two pancakeswith strawberries and banana, and a fruit cup. All very tasty and fresh! I forgot to take a picture of it when it first arrivedbut here's a photo after half devoured. Our waitress was taken care of the whole place all by herself and did a terrific job!Unfortunately I do not remember her name but she was pretty and ambitious very attentive and considerate. This means a lot sincethe place wasn't super busy but she was doing everything herself. Meaning hosting, waiting, and doing the cash register. I thinkher name was Lydia, great job gal! My only complaint is that it took a little bit long to get our meal.
