It could have been the time I visited, but they had only one waiter. The place began to employ and it could not handle all customers efficiently. I would suggest having at least two waiters at any time, regardless of how busy it is. But the food was great!
It was after 1AM I don't know why I went. I had several people with me. I ordered the burger with a milk shake. The burger was made from real ground beef. The form if the pattie was as if I had made it myself. Very fresh and delicious. Thumbs up to IHOP on Ray Rd.
We stopped from the city after a very long week and this ihop was amazing. the food was perfectly cooked and positioned with care on the dish, the service was fantastic. we had the most friendly server rae, she was an absolute joy. it is a great advantage for this company, a holder safe. food: 5/5
Everything was pretty great with the food and our lovely server, but one of the other staff decided to mop the floor RIGHT in front of our table while we were dining. The smell of the cleaning solution was not very appetizing, but at least they care about cleanliness. Again, food was on point and server was attentive. Management just might want to reiterate the importance of the dining experience to the staff (regardless of the time of day).
This situation is always quite busy. Today they were very short. Kudos to the staff because they don't get it to them. They were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are good. The portions are the perfect size. There is a nice selection of items to choose from. I had the burrito dish. It was good. I'd come back.

This was the onion ring that came on my burger burnt crispy, these are the fries that my friend got with her sandwich, french fries are not Brown in color, they were hard and overcooked this to me was done purposely. When I spoke to the manager about it he downplayed everything. It was as if everything was okay, no one should be served this type of food this should have never left the kitchen but they gave it to us because we were Black. Is there an unwritten rule to give Black people the worst.
My new go-to spot for a filling meal in between work and sleep, lol! It has a warm and cozy atmosphere and is more spacious than some of the newer IHOP locations. The staff can be respectful on some days and rude on others, but the food is consistently well-cooked and delicious. Despite the appearance of the restaurant looking closed from the outside on busy nights, it is usually empty inside. The establishment is very clean with fully stocked bathrooms and well-groomed employees. I have always been a fan of this classic brand since I was a child, especially their famous Funny Face Pancakes, which remain my favorite to this day. However, I was disappointed to find that they no longer have a variety of syrups available at every table. Additionally, I recently had an issue when trying to order the Funny Face Pancakes and was told by the server that I couldn't order from the kids menu. I explained that I wanted a regular order with the Funny Face Pancakes and was willing to pay extra, but she still refused. As a result, I did not leave a tip. On a positive note, the main waitress during my recent visits has been exceptional and even remembered my name, which was impressive.
My lady friend and I went in for a lunner (lunch/dinner) but had breakfast. Our omelettes for southwestern style with steak and potatoes in them cheese on them and salsa. There was a lot of it and very tasty. I also had a side over order of two pancakes with strawberries and banana, and a fruit cup. All very tasty and fresh! I forgot to take a picture of it when it first arrived but here's a photo after half devoured. Our waitress was taken care of the whole place all by herself and did a terrific job! Unfortunately I do not remember her name but she was pretty and ambitious very attentive and considerate. This means a lot since the place wasn't super busy but she was doing everything herself. Meaning hosting, waiting, and doing the cash register. I think her name was Lydia, great job gal! My only complaint is that it took a little bit long to get our meal.
I was genuinely surprised! I went with my brother and we just got pancakes but we were in and out within 25 minutes. Our server memorized our order and had it ready for us in under 5 minutes. It was extremely well staffed and pretty busy too (brunch rush).
Half an hour wait to get a seriously messed up order. I asked for the gluten free pancakes with the berry topping added. The waitress brought me regular pancakes. Thankfully I noticed they were not correct because I would have been outrageously sick if I had eaten them. I asked her if they were gluten free and she told me they were not. They charged me for my orange juice and I left. I had my two year old with me and they wasted all the time I had to feed him. The restaurant was almost empty and they still took half an hour for four pancakes. I would give this place no stars if it were an option. Thankfully I?m already used to checking my food before I eat.
