So bad it was almost comical lol, it’s really the worst place I’ve been in.The drinks were just alright… barely.They /have/ food but the menu is lacking, though it might be good.The place looks nice, they have live music and spray water in your face but serve all the drinks in mangy plastic and will have you stare at a meager pool of water framed in the middle of the restaurant that’s actually some sort of backward, rude, and deficient fountain and not a pool.When you express disappointment they will mention the restaurant downstairs which also has a similarly fraught menu.

The waitress was very nice but the service was terrible. We had to wait an hour to get seated even though we had a reservation. Then our drinks took another 45 min and another hour for her to come by with our food.

My husband and I decided to come here at a concert for food and drinks. However, we were there over 30 mins. A server wiped off the table and we sat down waiting on someone to come back with menus. After waiting 10 mins my husband went and asked if someone comes a take our order or if we tell the bar. The server said she would be over to take our order and handed my husband a menu. We waited another 10 mins and a different waiter walked by but this is the same waiter that wiped off our table so she knew what time we arrived. She said she would take our order but the kitchen was closed. I would give them a zero if I could but I can't. We weren't even aware the kitchen would be closing. I am not even sure I would try this place again it was too frustrating. The service is just horrible. The picture I have is all I got. If you try this place good luck to you.

Came to watch a pianist on the rooftop, left thoroughly happy with the establishment and the experience overall. The manager was bartending and took great care of us, Mike had issues with his keyboard but was able to overcome, and the views are spectacular and one of a kind. 10/10 will be back
