The staff apologized and explained that they o... read more Our food, which consisted of just two appetizers, finally arrived around 6:15 PM—over an hour after we got there. The staff apologized and explained that they only had one cook working, but given the limited appetizer menu, it shouldn't have been that challenging. One of the appetizers was spilled on the floor by our waitress. She offered to have it remade, but with our time constraints—we needed to leave by around 6:30—we declined that option. I asked if they could simply discount the item, but she said that they don’t offer discounts. When the food arrived, it was cold and didn't taste fresh. We requested the bill so we could pay and leave quickly. Although the bill was brought to us right away, the waitress never returned to take our payment, so we ended up walking it to the bar area on our way out to settle the check. Additionally, there’s a mandatory 18% service fee included on the bill. While I usually tip generously for good service, this experience did not warrant it. The views from the 13th floor weren’t as impressive as I hoped. Although it seemed high up, the building is surrounded by taller structures, limiting the view to just a sliver between them. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

The elfing around cocktail was delish, as was the seasonal flatbread. Specialty drinkswere $18 so a little pricy but it 's a fun and unique experience so I get it. Scarlett, our server was sweet and attentive andhelped make our holidate a great one!

Very cozy, creative ambience with clever cocktail menu and the best s'more and fruit plate breathtaking views of the city with heaters and lap blankets tokeep you warm too! Loved this!
