First time at this establishment. Family members (locals) are frequent customers. Went through the drive thru on a rainy night. Shredded beef taco and 5 taquitos. Food was great. Service was typical for Phoenix. Employees pretty much act like they wishyou'd chosen someplace else to eat. lol. Cracks me up. 5 Stars for the food. 3 Stars for customer service. What J isaac doesn't like about Filiberto's Mexican Food:
The food is inconsistent. If you were to order the same item for a week. The quality of the food would be different each day. This location does not have food standards.Nothing is ever made the same way,and it's frustrating. It's like playing Russianroulette with a meal. Avoid this location! View all feedback.
I paid 40$ for 2 cowboy fries....you tell me what's wrong with that....
Say no guacamole, you know a very simple request. My entire meal was smothered in it. Even if i did like it, i would not have eaten it because it was literally drenched in it. Dont waste your time here. Drive the few extra miles to the one who actually gets the orders right.
$26 for two burrito and one horchata that they filled all with ice so then you get no drink and when you ask them to refill it when your inside to eat they try to tell you it's $3.50 more when they added %90 water /ice to the cup and you get %10 of your drink .... Never again will we be eating here .
Great super Nacho's. They were kind and packaged the guacamole, pico and sour cream on the side. Great customer service. I will visit again when I'm in the area.
I ordered a breakfast burrito, I rolled it with bare hands without gloves, I think it's food, they should have a little more hygiene.
