She was the one who took my order... read more Normally i like this place but today the lady at the drive through... The one that talks aggressively for no apparent reason. She was the one who took my order originally. I realized there was a mistake with the order once I got home and I was halfway through my burrito. I came back to the store with my receipt promptly to exchange the item for the correct item. She didn't believe any mistakes were made and shook her head in disbelief that I insisted that I receive the intended item. I was then presented with a burrito much smaller than I've ever seen come from any Filibertos. Please note, I did take a bite from the new burrito to verify it was chorizo before thinking to take a picture and write this review. I'd estimate the bite took about an inch or less off the end. I really dislike the fact that I have to interact with this person while visiting my favorite food chain. Please fix the grumpy attitude drive through lady. Update 7/23/2021: Grumpy drive through lady still works here and is still grumpy every single time. I'm gonna take a few years off this location and hope she disappears eventually. I'm guessing she's family of management or something because there's no possible way someone with this much attitude could hold a job for as long as I've been visiting this place. I hope she gets the therapy she needs.

I ate the majority of my meal, but finished it the next day. Plus, they have many great sauces to choose from.

Usually, our experience is fine, but we often have trouble with the person taking our orders at the drive-thru not being able to hear us well. This happened again yesterday when we visited on April 19, 2022, to pick up dinner. Despite the usual communication issues, my wife successfully ordered the carne asada quesadilla with guacamole and sour cream. I ordered the #1 pollo asada without beans, due to our dietary restrictions, and requested extra rice instead. We also asked for two large horchata drinks with minimal ice, but were informed that they couldn’t eliminate the ice entirely. After a few misunderstandings, we thought we had our order right. However, when we received only one horchata drink, we had to reorder the second one. To our disappointment, upon checking our food, we noticed that half of the rice we had requested to replace the beans was missing, and there was unnecessary garnish instead. Despite spending over $31 on our meal, I chose not to return the food to avoid ruining our evening. Additionally, the service at the drive-thru window was subpar, as the employee seemed displeased with our dissatisfaction. Overall, we were disappointed and have decided not to return to this location in the future.
