The lady at the front clearly seen us all standing waiting to be greeted or at least acknowledged. No greeting just rude from the beginning. We were skeptical and were wanting to leave and go else where. Things took a turn for better. Our waitress she greeted us and made us feel like we mattered. Our food came out how we ordered it so kudos to the cooks as well. Natalia was a great waitress. Positive attitude, attentive, kind, prompt, and communicates very well. She rocked it . Keep up the good work Natalia.

She visited every table to ensure that we were receiving excellent customer service and if we were satisfied with our meals. I personally love this kind of serviceand have never received it from a Denny?s Restaurant. Unfortunately, I did have a complaint about the food. I ordered theCountry Fried Chicken and Mashed Potatoes, but the chicken was over cooked and the garlic toast was burnt. Because I reallyhate to send my food back I tried to eat it, but it was too dry. My husband actually informed the Manager of this, when shevisited our table. In spite of this, I will continue to visit this location. For me, the customer service out weighed theburnt food.

Restaurant was clean but the service was better than everything! Will definitely be going back to see Jose!
