I noticed that... read more Today was quite busy at Denny's, as usual for the weekends. Even with the crowds, they managed to get our order to us in a reasonable timeframe. I noticed that the manager was attentive to customers who were not completely satisfied; she took care of them from start to finish, ensuring they left happy. She was very friendly and helpful. This Denny's is always clean, and we definitely plan to return!

One guy as host, server,... read more I was having work done on my car so needed to kill some time on a Thursday morning. This Denny's was nearby but woefully understaffed. One guy as host, server, cashier and packing up take out orders. The poor guy was hustling but the odds were not in his favor. When he put orders in the cook kept reiterating a long list of food staples they were out of. He had to relay this to customers, who were not pleased. Long waits to be seated and served, but I wasn't in any hurry. Ordered the French Toast Slam with bacon. The eggs were fine. The bacon was overcooked, flavorless. The French Toast was... let's just say not what I expected. The restaurant seemed run down, dirty. I used to run a busy coffee shop and then installed Point of Sales networks for a few yrs. This Denny's is very poorly managed. Next time I'll eat at the Taco Bell instead.

I excused myself to get my medic... read more This afternoon I came into Denny?s for lunch. I was there for a few minutes when my service dog alerted to a medical emergency. I excused myself to get my medication. After taking it I tried to pay my bill and leave. Joyce was so nice. She asked me if Iwas ok and told me not to worry about the bill. I thanked her and went home to rest. When I woke up I realized I had left myphone at the restaurant. I returned later to thank Joyce and pick up my phone. Thank you for being so kind. I will return soon.

And even with it being busy they got our order to us within a reasonable amount of time. I observed the manager taking care of customers that were not completely satisfied. Themanager took care of them from start to finish and they left, satisfied. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. ThisDenny's is always clean. We will certainly be back!
