Do they make their own fresh tortillas for tacos, etc? The food is flavorful and the salsas are good as well. I recommend trying the mulitas. The restaurant can get busy, but they have 3 people cooking and 1 person giving orders. Some improvements they could make include adding more options like radishes, pickled jalapenos, or grilled jalapenos to their menu. The tables were clean, which was a nice touch compared to other places. The exterior of the food trailer could use some cleaning.
Their carne asada and red chili salsa was good. Their food selection is limited to asada and pastor, suggest they add carnitas. They are too pricey, at 2.50 a taco or 10.00 for burrito. I had to ask what they as I didn't see the menu in the dark. It needs to be more prominent and visible before ordering.
The tacos were amazing. The asada is perfectly cooked and seasoned. The staff had an amazing attitude even though they were getting soaking wet in the rain. It took a bit longer then I would have liked but they were very busy despite the heavy rain. Order ahead and you will not be disappointed.
I personally find the price of $2.45 for a very small taco to be a bit high. The size of the taco is significantly smaller than expected based on the picture. While the taste is good and better than most food trucks, I don't believe it justifies the price. There are other taco providers that offer better quality and taste in my opinion. I would prefer to drive 15 minutes to get a better tasting taco or burrito near Indian School. The prices and menu listed here are not updated, and it seems that the price has increased since the previous reviews.
The tacos at this restaurant are incredibly delicious! The only thing stopping me from going more often is the long line. It's a good indicator of how tasty the tacos are, but I really dislike waiting. If I happen to walk by and there's no line, I always make sure to stop in for some.
