I ordered three times here. from these 3 times 2 were completely ruined. after the first complaint, nothing happened. after the second time I got a free escape. keep their food chipotle I will not be back to one of their businesses.

The app is not easy to navigate. When I arrived I was asked of I was waiting for an order but 15 minutes went by and still nothing. I noticed a different staff member working on pick up orders and discovered my order had been ready but was stillsetting on a shelf behind the counter
Not too long ago chipotle was awesome. Specifically this store. The last couple of times I have been to this location I have gotten my usually extra chicken burritos. I have left with rice burritos with a dollop of salsa only in the first few bites.Also every employee this last go around was miserable. Disappointing chipotle. One of my favorite quick go to spots. Oh well
