The friendliness of staff varies from careless to friendly so it is a gamble the service you may get. Online ordering is very easy but the parking lot is extremely small that sometimes it takes awhile to find a parking spot. They really need a couple of pick-up spots.

Just wanted to stop by and note that 17 chip-shards do not a whole chip make. I sprinkled them on top of my burrito bowl like a seasoning... Not as good asscooping. This was all on top of the ever consistent air of annoyance I 've come to expect coming from the staff. Too good towork there? Prove it.

I went to go back to the store to tell her how unsatisfied I was with my bowl and she gave me such a hard time as if the food was coming out of her pay check. She went back and fourth with me and was veryunprofessional in front of the customers. She insisted i bring a receipt next time but i told her the young lady who rung me updidn?t give me a receipt so I had to show her my transaction history. She was not inviting at all. And gave off the impressionshe wanted to fight or get roudy.

Even though I paid extra for guacamole, it was missing from my order. Also, the chicken portion was quite small compared to the generous servings of rice and beans.
