Unfortunately, each time I've placed an online order for pickup, I've been missing my chips and side (guacamole or queso). It's frustrating not to receive our complete orders, and every encounter with the team responsible for pickup is consistently unfriendly. There's a complete lack of customer service and friendliness; they simply hand you your food without any interaction, and when I try to thank them, there's no response. Today, I returned to the restaurant to retrieve the chips we were missing, and the staff member made a scene and reluctantly gave me the food we had already paid for.

I returned to the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction with my bowl, and she made it incredibly difficult for me, as if my complaints were somehow affecting her personally. Our conversation went back and forth, and she was very rude in front of other customers. She insisted that I should take a receipt next time, but I explained that the young lady who served me didn't provide one, so I had to show her my transaction history. Her attitude was completely unacceptable and gave the impression that she was looking for a confrontation.
