THAT was the best quesadilla I've ever had: folded with grilled veggies and beef. It was thick and gooey with wonderrfully grilled vegetables and tender beef. And even more fun, I'm a huck fan and they had a Huckleberry Margarita... altho it could have used a tad more huck syrup. What Gary Cook doesn't like about Carlos O'brien's Mexican Scottsdale:
Been to their restaurants 3 times over the past couple of years. First visit a solid 4. Second was at the Happy Valley Road location and gave it a 3.5 primarily for service. Last vist at the Mayo location. I give them a generous 3 which means I won't return. Meh service. 3 really bad margaritas. Worst excuse I have seen for nachos in a Mexican restaurant. The food was served hot and properly prepared. The server was polite and quick to take our order. Our drinks were kept full and our server was Johnny On The Spot all the way through and quickly brought our check. We enjoyed our dinner very much and we will return as regular customers.
Carnitas Fundido! COB is definitely the fun in Fundido! No disappointment. Heather was our server and very attentive! Stop the fantastic job.
I used to go to the one who was on the 12th and northern and was very sad that it was closed. My husband and I came here for a date and it was wonderful. The parts here are much larger than those in the north, which was good. The Enchiladas are always delicious. I always get the spinach dimmer!
The best Taco Salad in town. Sorry I couldn't stop eating it after I removed the lid to take the picture sooner and it paired very nicely with beer.This was the ground beef version and yes, that is a lot of beef. This is a 2 day meal, unless you are Mikey Chen from YouTube. Well worth the drive for pick-up. Can't wait to sample more items.
Damn name! Amazing food! Flavors were on point and Salsas were incredible. Service was fast and very professional. Come back!
