Customer service is always good here.

I haven't been to the Cafe in months so I don't know if anything has changed for the better. It's too bad because I was going there at least 3-4 times a week since I work within walking distance. Most of the customers of Cafe 1010 are State employees but it is open to the public. The food here is consistently good which is prepared by a family maning the grill. They have a grill serving burgers hot sandwiches, a hot bar with daily specials, another area with just sandwiches a salad bar. You won't be disappointed with whatever you choose.

The original staff stayed on up until this past Friday 10-19-18. Over the weekend they quit. The service has gone downhill from there. I work in the building in the same courtyard. The business has decreased. I've been served undercooked burgers. Cold biscuits for biscuits and gravy. Even expressing concerns to the owner Rodney it seems he doesn't care. They're losing business fast. I understand they're struggling but they need to make sure new staff know what they're doing.

It also took 16 minutes to make. tried ordering a chicken quesadilla. Was told there's no chicken, unless you order the fajitas.
