Very slow. I asked for extra ketchup and got no. I didn't get any of our drinks. burger wasn't hot.
Good help is hard to find these days.. I know this.. but multiple screw ups with one order seems excessive. manager seems nice and I'm sure under pressure to perform..
I asked the staff about questions regarding the Burger King app. They were not very familiar with the app or anything it involves. The only thing they told me was at their location they will not except rewards which is total BS since it’s a Burger King location. Bad customer service if they are going to honor what Burger King offers for rewards.
As a former manager of Bk I was highly disappointed in service and quality of food. Out on the town with my wife and toddler thought Burger King sounded great, only to get met with missing food and old chicken. The cook was bagging the food to myknowledge and forgot 4 out of 7 items. When I went back into the store from the drive through the manager was too busy dealingwith the other single car in the drive through to get the rest of my order. Honestly not a huge deal if some got forgotten justgo in and get the rest. However when he did call a crew member over to grab the missing chicken fries and chicken nuggets, theemployee used his hands to grab the very old chicken out of the chutes. I?ve worked there I know when the chicken is old. Thischicken was way past the allowed time for holding. I do not recommend visiting this location. Will not be returning.
Don?t even try this location. No one in the restaurant and they leave you standing there, and they won?t even honor their own codes in the app. Not to mention they are rude. Definitely pass on this one
