Contribute FeedbackWe adore the decor and ambiance, which blends elements of a sushi bar, a fish market, and a restaurant. I must not forget to mention their extensive bar with an impressive selection, featuring talented mixologists who craft outstanding cocktails. Some of my personal favorites include the American Mule and the William Hill Chardonnay, available by the glass or bottle, as well as their refreshing Cucumber Mojito. During our many visits to Blue Water Grill, we've enjoyed incredible dishes, including delightful offerings from the sushi bar such as the Señorita Roll and beautifully flavored Mahi Mahi Tacos. Their Beer Batter Fish and Chips are a must-try, featuring fluffy, tasty Alaska cod with a perfectly crispy yet thin coating that allows the fish's delicate flavor to shine through. I've also had one of the best San Francisco-style Cioppinos in the area, served with linguine pasta in a rich marinara sauce, brimming with mussels, shrimp, crabs, and fish. The sushi bar offers a scrumptious array of options, including their Mahi Mahi Special, Salmon Special, and the famous Señorita Roll. You can't miss the perfectly made Spicy Charred Edamame, as well as the Tuna Maguro, sensational Philadelphia Roll, and their exclusive Phoenix Roll. And let’s not forget the exquisite Salmon Sashimi (Nama-Magash) that’s always fresh. If you, like us, are a discerning seafood and fish lover, Blue Water Grill checks all the boxes with its approach, preparation, presentation, and taste. It’s a fantastic place to indulge in top-tier seafood in the valley. Bon appétit!
