Alzohour Market is truly a hidden gem! This beautiful place serves delicious Moroccan dishes that I believe are even better than what I've had in Marrakech, Morocco, where I've visited three times. The taste is outstanding and the portion sizes are generous. I highly recommend stopping by this place – the owner is very friendly and you will not be disappointed! View all feedback.
What Dustin Tromp doesn't like about Alzohour:
They served us cold and stale roasted chicken half burnt with scant gravy poured on it and they had poorly reheated it in microwave. We thought we were ordering a chicken tagine and this is what we received. The place reeked of strong camphor scent. Even the salad was not fresh. Felt sick and nasty in stomach after the food. I have no clue how the reviews can be good overall to 4 plus stars on google to mislead us to... View all feedback.
Amazing delicious Moroccan food! We were so satisfied and very satisfied, the spices and flavors perfectly mixed and the owner was very beautiful and attentive. This will be our new family tradition now!
If you?re looking for an authentic Moroccan experience, this is the place! The food was delicious and the portions were very generous! The owner was very kind as well.
What an amazing discovery coming out from getting groceries. We felt like shawarma and typed in to search for nearby places. This place was cute, authentic and the food was made with care. Huge, generous portions we definitely would recommend and looking forward to coming back!
AMAZING. Best lamb My husband and I have ever had here in the states. We love Mediterranean food and eat it often and this definitely didn?t disappoint. My husband enjoyed the lamb gyro and I loved the chicken shawarma. Huge portions, super flavorful and filling. The only thing I was disappointed about was the babaganoosh, it tasted like straight smoke. Overall very pleased and will be back!
In a part of town with many hidden gems, Alzohour is the crown jewel. Foodies, skip the Persian Room and drive across town to try the bastilla and lamb or fish tagine. If you like homemade ayran, this is the place to get it. You won't find better Moroccan food in Morocco, or a better mezze platter in Phoenix.
