Poor customer service, employees don't know how their rewards system works, and no management on duty. Just a shift lead that can't do anything without the management View all feedback.
Customer service from employees was good today but the Caribbean Passion tastes like metal and canned pineapple juice very bitter and metallic tasting had them remake it and it tastes exactly the same but never had it taste like this before and the white Gummi was spur and lemony. Just FYI drinks are not being made like they used to and probably won't be coming back.
Used to come here all the time as a kid, so decided to stop by. Drank a Razz ma Taz and had the absolute worst food poisoning. Hopefully was just a fluke? But come on.

My boyfriend walked in for a DoorDash order and the SHIFT MANAGER Savannah (however you spell it) was BEYOND rude! He walked in, she looked at him and didn't greet him or asked if she could help him. He stood in front of the counter where she and another worker were and was IGNORED! A white lady proceeded to walk in AFTER and she stopped what she was doing to not only greet the lady but also help her with her order. My boyfriend confronted her about it and she had an attitude, laughed and said she didn't see him nor cared! HOW rude. Such a bigot! Places need to hire more friendly people. It's obvious why she didn't want to help him. Smh! This is not the first time this has happened. If you don't want certain people in your place of business... post it out front. You don't want us in your place of business but want our money.. Smh. 0/10
Service here is complete trash, be prepared to wait… and wait… and wait, even when there is only ONE customer.
