Idk wher... read more Literally the worst customer service experience of my life so far lol. Philomath Subway is 0/10, if it's not too inconvenient, just drive to Corvallis. Idk where to start... G-lynn (don't want to identify too much) was rude to a little old lady next tome, they skipped over the customer in front of my husband and I and started making my husbands sandwich, then kept forgetting tostart mine. That would have not bothered me if they weren't impatient with the old lady. I'd have sent this review in to thesubway website, but we didn't get a receipt. I hope upper management takes time to note that hospitality and kindness to yourcustomers is more important than speed of service. Let your employees slow down so they don't get so stressed out... Seemed likethis was more a problem with the system than the employees. Not the first time I've had problems at this Subway.
