My son is a very picky eatter. They made him a subway version of a pepperoni pizza pocket no problem. Now its his favorite. Thank you
Gage called the police on me because I was making small talk about me being tired and having a long day and that why I?m talk quite but he took that as me saying that I was messed up so the police came and talked with me and let me go because I wasn?tunder any influence and made me miss my appointment. That?s is the biggest inconvenience I?ve experienced in a deli or anyrestaurant for that matter. He needs to have his hours cut or Inconvenience him as must he did me.
Made an online order for 2 sandwiches and they completely messed up my order from the bread to vegetables and the sauce i really don't think its that hard to read a screen and make what it says like what is the app for anyway if I have to go in and makesure they get it right
To me the best bread made, hands down! My family lives the classics like meatball marinara and black forest ham. They have new subs too such as steak and chicken, add your veggies yum, yum ????
Literally the worst customer service experience of my life so far lol. Philomath Subway is 0/10, if it's not too inconvenient, just drive to Corvallis. Idk where to start... G-lynn (don't want to identify too much) was rude to a little old lady next tome, they skipped over the customer in front of my husband and I and started making my husbands sandwich, then kept forgetting tostart mine. That would have not bothered me if they weren't impatient with the old lady. I'd have sent this review in to thesubway website, but we didn't get a receipt. I hope upper management takes time to note that hospitality and kindness to yourcustomers is more important than speed of service. Let your employees slow down so they don't get so stressed out... Seemed likethis was more a problem with the system than the employees. Not the first time I've had problems at this Subway.
