I asked if I can place and order for... read more I had the worst experience just calling to place an order and had the rudest and disrespectful person to answer the phone. I asked if I can place and order for pick up and the person who answered the phone question if I would like to pay with card overthe phone. I asked if I can pay in person, she reiterated the same question. I said ?no I would like to pay in person?, then shetold me to have a bless day and hanged up on me . I was very confused because it wasn?t explained that I wasn?t able to pay inperson. I called back asking why I was hung up on, the same female automatically tried to correct me and very rudely expressedto me how she did not hang up because she told me to have a bless day. I told her that was rudest way to speak to someone. Iasked to speak to a manger instead and she became even more aggressive and informed me she is the manager and started yellinginto the phone being argumentative. This was the worst customer service I ever received especially from a manager. The behaviorand attitude was uncalled for! Answering one question for any customer who is trying to place an order with the company you workfor should not be a difficult task. Even my manager was confused on how she was handling the situation. I called back to see ifI can speak to someone else on the automated system but it called back to the store and I hung up. The ?manager? called me backand screamed at me not to play on the phone. The most unprofessional manager I ever dealt with! I am unsatisfied and feel verydisrespected! I wouldn?t want to even return to business who has someone running their store in that manner! I love wing stopand go all the time. I only went to this location a couple of times and will never return back!
