The restaurant is both intimate and elegant, striking a perfect balance without being overly formal or pretentious. It was a true pleasure to speak with Chef Calmels after our meal. The tasting menu was meticulously crafted, with the flavors in each course beautifully complementing those of the previous ones. The kitchen's execution was remarkable. While I haven't dined at every restaurant in Philadelphia, this could very well be the best one we've experienced.
