What Michelle Slocum doesn't like about Bao-logy:
The bao buns and potstickers at this restaurant were absolutely terrible. We ended up throwing away 3/4 of our dinner. Not only were they overpriced, but they were also inedible. View all feedback. What Natalie Caldwell likes about Bao-logy:
As for the food, the chicken and garlic chive potstickers were delicious, although there was a bit too much dough compared to the filling. The roasted pork belly gwa bao was amazing, but be prepared to get messy with the crushed peanut powder on top. The shrimp ruen bing, which is essentially a Taiwanese mini burrito, was massive and packed with flavor.
I highly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to go back! View all feedback.
