Unfortunately, th... read more We recently ordered a 30-piece hot wing platter and two large onion rings. The onion rings were fantastic—served hot and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the wings were very small; we ended up finishing all 30 during dinner when we typically have leftovers. They were so tiny that it felt like they were taken from Cornish game hens! We usually make a special trip for this food, but we were really disappointed this time and won't be returning.

Despite having placed an order and being told to call before my arrival, I was made to patiently wait for my food while others who came in after me were served promptly. After waiting for over an hour, I finally inquired about my order and was laughed at by the staff. It took a total of an hour and twenty-two minutes for my 10-piece boneless wing meal to be ready. Throughout the experience, I felt disrespected and overlooked, likely due to my race.

I was extremely disappointed and considered returning it, but decided against it in the end. It was just a lesson learned.

When I called the restaurant, I was not even offered a refund. The customer service is absolutely awful!
