The last time I ordered our to go order (2 weeks ago) it took 33 min... read more My wife and I really like Applebee's food. Unfortunately, we'll never visit this one again. The last time I ordered our to go order (2 weeks ago) it took 33 minutes after ordering it in person. Tonight, again, I walked in to order 2 uncomplicated meals and (after waiting 43 minutes) I left. That wait time is insane especially considering that it wasn't very busy.

I don't care for Applebees anyway. It has definitely fell off since it opened years ago. The alcoholic drinks are weak. The food definitely tastes packaged and this particular one was so nasty!! The kitchen floor was disgusting so why was I not surprised to see a cockroach. I'm sorry, where there's one roach there are MANY!!! At night it is definitely a cockroachpaloooza!!! Roachella!!! People work hard for their money and to know people waste their money here Applebees should be shamed!!

For rel... read more I specifically requested the ham to be excluded from this order. Ham in the pasta orders, all the pasta orders include ham or bacon or whatever that is. For religious reasons, we don't eat bacon or ham or any products derived from a pig. Even if the pig is removed from the meal it still cannot be consumed.

My dinner which is something I get all the time at other Applebees was barely warm. The plate was warmer than the food. The fries were limp. The server never checked on us and we had to ask for the check and was given the wrong check. If we hadn't paid attention we wouldn't have paid enough. I was disappointed with our overall experience. The server dropped the food and left and didn't ask if we needed anything. I couldn't tell him about my food because he didn't come back to the table until he ran by and dropped the wrong check. It was not busy at all so there was no reason for this. Live close by but don't see us coming back anytime soon....
