Luby's has always been a fantastic restaurant, but recently at the Pharr, TX location, I've noticed flies around the food on multiple occasions. The employees seem too busy to address this issue. This is something that falls under the manager's responsibilities, and they should assign someone to handle it. View all feedback.

Nice place to eat. food and service is always good. And if you're a US Military Service Member or Veteran and have you ID proof , you are entitled to a 10% discount. Parking: While parking is a bit more full at times, you can normally find a parking spot. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
