This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. From the staff to the food. Best Taco Bell is in Weslaco, just compare experiences and you'll see.
This was the worst Long John's food I've ever had. The place was clean and the register attendant was ok but the fish and crumbs tasted horrible, they don't do corn there, the hush puppies were cold and there was a horrible after taste after eachbite. I didn't even finish the food and I was very hungry.
Lousy food, Lousy service, Lousy atmosphere, Lousy management!!! Ordered 3 chili cheese burritos and 1 bean burrito to go, chili cheese burritos were practically flour tortillas, extremely skimpy on the filling, called manager (America)the following day,offered me 3 chili cheese burritos on the house, went by ordered a bean burrito(which I paid for)along with the 3 complimentarycc burritos, ordered to go, wouldn't you know it, got shorted 1 cc burrito!!! ?????????????? Should've known better and checkedthe order, but hey, doesn't diminish the fact of incompetence!!! Wouldn't expect such inadequacy on consecutive visits!!!Incompetence galore!!! Never again!!!
Yesterday I went through the drive through and was rushed even though I was the only one in line. I placed my order for the 8 piece family meal and I also ordered a side order of shrimp and clams. When I got to the window to pay, I used Apple Pay and thelady at the window seemed to be annoyed because the Face ID didn?t catch because she was holding the machine too high up.Eventually the payment went through and she handed me my order. I waited a few seconds and she said ?that?s all mam that?s all ?so I thought everything was in my order. I got home and she left out the shrimp and clams (I hope she enjoyed them) And thefries were cold as they always are at this particular long John restaurant. I called and whoever I spoke to wanted me to go allthe way back and pick up what they kept and charged me for. I asked to be credited since I used a card and he refused and saidthat I needed to come pick it up. I wasn?t going to go back because it was raining and cold. So, this was my third visit to thisplace in the last couple of years and it will be my last. I hope they enjoyed the food that I paid for ????
