Girl at window was very rude. She wouldn’t respond and didn’t put all my order in bag. She seemed like she hated her job.

Went to buy a family deal , to my surprise I was told they ran out of chicken, at 5:30 pm, how could you run out of chicken, this is what you do , sell chicken, and its not the first time, coke machine broken, no mashed potato, really poor management, oh well had to go to Popeye"s

The food was not fresh. We were told to circle the drive-thru because they weren't open at 11 a.m., despite their sign indicating that they opened at 10:30 a.m. Shaking my head. Food rating: 2/5.

I distinctly remember repeating my order when I reached the pick-up window. With three boxes packed tightly in a plastic bag, it’s challenging to take them out and check if everything is correct. I ordered three traditional pieces with mac and coleslaw, two extra crispy pieces with mac and cheese, and two traditional wings with potatoes. Unfortunately, none of the three meals I received were even close to what I ordered. It seems like the employee might be new or just made a mistake, but this reflects a training and management issue that shouldn’t fall on the customers. Customers shouldn’t have to be responsible for ensuring the quality of their orders.
