With three boxes packed tightly in a plastic bag, it’s challenging to take them out and check if everything is correct. I ordered three traditional pieces with mac and coleslaw, two extra crispy pieces with mac and cheese, and two traditional wings with potatoes. Unfortunately, none of the three meals I received were even close to what I ordered. It seems like the employee might be new or just made a mistake, but this reflects a training and management issue that shouldn’t fall on the customers. Customers shouldn’t have to be responsible for ensuring the quality of their orders.
