The breakfast prices were excellent, and the service was good. However, the coffee pot provided at the table could use a good cleaning. It seemed a bit neglected.
Best plate for food ratio, want to eat IHOP in other cities, towns, states, I miss the one in Menifee. Keep up the great work.

The service at this restaurant is consistently unusual. Whenever I visit, which is usually around or before midnight, the place isn't busy, yet the service is either slow or they seat us in areas we don’t prefer and take a long time to check on us. Additionally, they are quite slow when it comes to bringing coffee refills as well.
Great value for the amount of food you get! I wish I could find IHOP in other cities, towns, and states because I really miss the one in Menifee. Keep up the fantastic work!
