I placed an order and the gentlem... read more Let me start by saying your customer service sucks. If you cannot take care of customers, you should really close. No excuses. I placed an order and the gentlemen on the phone said it would be 30 minutes. Fantastic. I arrived and paid for my pizza plus left a $15.00 tip. The guy at the counter said it would be just a minute. It is coming out of the oven now. Just a minute.... About 15 minutes later, after the guy seated or took reservations for all of the people that walked in the door) I had to approach the guy to ask for my order. What is up with that? I finally was given my pizza. The guy apologized and said, sorry, we are busy . Okay. I am SICK AND TIRED OF THAT EXCUSE. You had no problem taking my money, but I cannot get my order as promised in the time said? If you cannot handle your business, close. I may never be back. Someone should always look at the take out counter or have someone stationed there. This isn 't brain surgery.

We visited Beards Brewery at 5:30 pm on a Thursday in March and found it very quiet upon arrival, with few customers, no background music, and no TVs. We ordere... read more We visited Beards Brewery at 5:30 pm on a Thursday in March and found it very quiet upon arrival, with few customers, no background music, and no TVs. We ordered a flight and a pint, a Sweet Spicy pizza, breadsticks, and a kids' hot dog meal. The breadsticks and pizza were excellent, while the kids' meal was as expected. The beer was a bit too sweet, almost as if it hadn't fully fermented. At Beards Brewery, the food on the menu truly outshines the beer. The staff were friendly, and the views of the bay were fantastic.

They offer a fantastic selection of beers and, surprisingly, some really tasty food for a brewery! The entire space has a cool vibe and a very comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Although it has been too chilly to dine outside during both of our visits, we appreciate that there’s an option for outdoor seating when the weather is nicer. One thing to be aware of: the food ordering app can be a bit confusing (at least it was for me). When you order a pizza, it comes with a delicious 14-inch crust, but this information isn’t clearly stated anywhere. I mistakenly clicked on the only crust option available, thinking I had to choose, and ended up with a 10-inch gluten-free crust instead. I enjoyed it, but my husband was a bit disappointed since he had been eyeing all the lovely 14-inch pizzas since we arrived, haha. So, unless you specifically want gluten-free, I’d recommend not selecting a crust option in the app!
